Facebook has updated the Instagram Terms of Service to say…
To help us deliver interesting paid or sponsored content or promotions, you agree that a business or other entity may pay us to display your username, likeness, photos (along with any associated metadata), and/or actions you take, in connection with paid or sponsored content or promotions, without any compensation to you.
In other words…
(If you’re not old or geek enough to recognize the meme see: All your base are belong to us) Heard thru Ken Manesse.
Edit Dec 18, 1:45 PM ET: cnet writes, Instagram says it now has the right to sell your photos

"You have no chance to survive make your time" could be the new FB tag line.
LOL! That would be awesome. 🙂
I am in the middle of putting together a presentation with regards to social media for a business guess I will be leaving Instagram off of the list.
Wayne, FYI, FB/IG is back-tracking a bit on the change in terms of service. Things are in flux.

Anything out there in cyber space, including pictures posted by your friends, etc. are fair game now and there is no such thing as privacy anymore. We can't control what others do with our pictures.
