It’s a controversial question. Should SEO (search engine optimization) companies have guarantees or not? Many SEO companies say, “No,” and some say, “Yes.” In this video we’ll look at why there’s a debate about this and why we believe a lot of SEO’s are wrong.

Which best describes your organization's approach to assessing the value/ROI of social media?

We diligently track the source of all sales/goals so we know what social media is producing.
We look at trends. If our use of social media correlates with an increase in our sales/goals that indicates it's value.
You can't put a dollar value on relationships and so we don't try to assess the value/ROI of social media.
