We all have multiple circles of relationships – family, friends, work, church, community organizations, hobbies, personal interest groups and more. Can we connect with everyone in the same place using the same social networking tool(s)? If not, which tools are best used for which relationships?

Which best describes your organization's approach to assessing the value/ROI of social media?

We diligently track the source of all sales/goals so we know what social media is producing.
We look at trends. If our use of social media correlates with an increase in our sales/goals that indicates it's value.
You can't put a dollar value on relationships and so we don't try to assess the value/ROI of social media.
We're doing some tracking of the source of sales/goals, so we have some numbers, but we also recognize there's more to the value of social media than those numbers.
We're experimenting with social media now. We'll tackle the value/ROI issue once we get a better idea of what we're doing.
We know we should be trying to assess the value of social media, but we just don't know how.
We're not using social media.
