No doubt you’ve seen people shooting videos with their phones held vertically. Well, someone has finally created a video to try to put an end to this growing problem.
Have a look… and a laugh. (and pardon the bleeps)
While the video is not exactly serious, it does raise a somewhat serious question…
Are vertical videos “bad?” Not in an evil sort of way, but by shooting videos in a non-standard format, does it hinder their usefulness and provide a poor user experience?
Or could this be the start of a new trend similar to the way Instagram single-handedly made square photos not only acceptable but a new standard?

I've often thought that. I guess the usefulness depends on the preferred display. Does it live forever on the phone or does it want to see a TV?
Good point Aaron. If you're just going to keep the video on your phone and not share it, it doesn't really matter.
I usually keep my video phones on the phones lol its best 🙂
Vertical Videos are annoying, i don't use video on my Phone.
