My #2 Communications Resolution for this year is to better engage in Google Plus. I’m still figuring out the etiquette and best tactics for G+ and I’d like your input on something…
In Twitter, it’s a common and acceptable practice to repeat tweets. Twitter is such a fleeting, momentary medium that most of the time if you repeat a tweet 8 or 12 hours later, 90%+ of the people who see the second tweet will not have seen the first tweet. So, you’re hitting an almost entirely new audience and very few people will get annoyed by the repeat. (Read more on that here.)
On Facebook, though, repeating a post is a no-no, and considered “spamming” by many.
G+ feels a lot like a hybrid between Twitter and Facebook. So, do you think repeating a post is a good and acceptable tactic in G+?
And a slight variation on that tactic… let’s say I post a video to YouTube and then embed that video in a blog post. Is it OK to share the YouTube video on G+ at 8 AM to catch the morning crowd and then share the blog post on G+ at 4 PM to catch the afternoon crowd?

Not surprisingly, this topic is getting the most discussion in Google Plus rather than here on the blog:
