Vacation is over. Kids are back in school and family schedules are once again a popular topic of conversation. Lazy days at the pool are replaced with music lessons, after school sports and church youth activities. We want our kids to have these opportunities, but scheduling them can make a parent crazy!
One way to help parents keep peace and run a smooth family operation is to make sure church activities are communicated in a timely manner. Nothing is more aggravating than to get activity details at the last minute. “Money is due today?” “You have to be where by when!?” These situations create more stress on an already crazy schedule of an active family.
PhoneTree can help your church families keep up with all that is going on in the youth group, choir or praise band rehearsal. To show our appreciation for all parents do, we want to give away a $100 gift certificate to Christianbook.com!(see details below) We also offer an effective and affordable way for your church to ensure parents get event details in advance. PhoneTree VoiceWave communicates your important messages via phone, text, email, and social media.

I shared this on Twitter and Facebook, but I really don't know what communication issues our church has, if any. I don't know if there is a way to fix it, but when you use your sharing plugin to tweet this post, it changes the title to say "Win 0!" instead of "Win $100!" I fixed it when I tweeted it.
The biggest communication challenge the church faces, are for "special services or activities" such as singles meetings or youth activities. Since it is that time of year for school and holidays right around the corner. Families are busy with so much. Most Facebook post or Tweets seem to get ignored or either they don't have time during the busy work/school week to reply. This has been shared on my FB page http://www.facebook.com/rahayes82 . Thanks
I shared this on Minister Tameka Michelle Newkirk's Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/tmnewkirk. My greatest communication challenge is getting the people to understand how to communicate effectively!! We try our best to communicate with them and make sure they are on top of everything we do.
biggest communication problem the church has is with disabled people. reachinging out to them and sharing the gospel of Jesus is often to difficult for them because they dont try.

Awesome! Thanks so much!
Will it be mailed to me or is it an online code to use online? Just curious??? 🙂
