• We look at trends. If our use of social media correlates with an increase in our sales/goals that indicates it's value.
• You can't put a dollar value on relationships and so we don't try to assess the value/ROI of social media.
• We're doing some tracking of the source of sales/goals, so we have some numbers, but we also recognize there's more to the value of social media than those numbers.
• We're experimenting with social media now. We'll tackle the value/ROI issue once we get a better idea of what we're doing.
