thank you surprise Each weekday this month we’ve been saying thanks and giving a gift to a special person/organization we’ve had the opportunity to work with this past year. But you know what? Every person and organization we work with is special!

So, next Wednesday (11/17) we’re going to say thanks in a special way to everyone we serve.

It’s a surprise! Check our blog, Twitter, or Facebook page Wednesday morning.

I also wanted to include a quick reminder about Thanks a Million. It’s a great way to express your gratitude – especially to a veteran – and it’s all to support a great cause. Would you post one thank you note to someone you appreciate? Your friend or loved one will really appreciate it!

Which best describes your organization's approach to assessing the value/ROI of social media?

We diligently track the source of all sales/goals so we know what social media is producing.
We look at trends. If our use of social media correlates with an increase in our sales/goals that indicates it's value.
You can't put a dollar value on relationships and so we don't try to assess the value/ROI of social media.
We're doing some tracking of the source of sales/goals, so we have some numbers, but we also recognize there's more to the value of social media than those numbers.
We're experimenting with social media now. We'll tackle the value/ROI issue once we get a better idea of what we're doing.
