The next in a series of Quick Tips videos, this video is part one of a discussion on the bad and the good practices in the use of graphics and fonts. Poor web design can often be the fault of over-using colors and font features. How does your site look?

Karl Beaudry has worked with the OurChurch.com technical support staff since 2007 and has an extensive web design/programming background. Music is his first love and he enjoys composing, arranging, and playing several instruments. Karl's wife and 3 grown children are also musicians and they all love spending time at Disney World.

Which best describes your organization's approach to assessing the value/ROI of social media?

We diligently track the source of all sales/goals so we know what social media is producing.
We look at trends. If our use of social media correlates with an increase in our sales/goals that indicates it's value.
You can't put a dollar value on relationships and so we don't try to assess the value/ROI of social media.
We're doing some tracking of the source of sales/goals, so we have some numbers, but we also recognize there's more to the value of social media than those numbers.
We're experimenting with social media now. We'll tackle the value/ROI issue once we get a better idea of what we're doing.
We know we should be trying to assess the value of social media, but we just don't know how.
We're not using social media.
