YouTube Virtual Choir – 185 Singers in 12 Countries
In a video that is destined to become a viral hit, producer Scott Haines and composer Eric Whitacre collected video clips from 185 singers in 12 countries singing “Lux Arumque” and assembled them into a virtual choir. Have a look.
The power and creativity of online colaberation is amazing isn’t it?

Pretty impressive. My choir would have just complained that their “X”s weren’t exactly together. She was a stickler for that! I also heard that YouTube had auditions for a Virtual Orchestra, but I haven’t followed up on that.
The virtual orchestra would be cool. I was thinking that would be the next step. Either that or virtual choreography – like a virtual Thriller video.
Major props. I wish I’d thought of it.
Mike, I noticed the x's too.
