But for me I prefer Apple - and the lifestyle and community approach builds trust in the products that they support. One good example on twitter for me was @jeffpulver - who completely blew me away the other day by responding to me on twitter. Now here is a guy that is maintaining a human face in the mechanism that he is leveraging very well. ok I just said good morning or something like that ;) so true so true
