This coming Wednesday (September 30) at 3 PM I’ve been invited by my friend Chris Walker of EvangelismCoach.org to join him, Yvon Prehn, and Neal Locke to do an Internet radio show about church websites.
As Chris wrote on his blog yesterday…
Based on what my newsletter subscribers tell me, many of you don’t like the look or feel of your church website.
- They are embarrassing.
- They are clumsy.
- They are hard to keep up to date.
- It was designed 10 years ago in HTML and uses expensive software.
I hear the same thing from a lot of pastors and church web administrators. So, we’re going to talk about various ways you can get a good looking site for your church that is inexpensive and easy to maintain.
For more info on the show see the EvangelismCoach.org post.
There’s no registration required, but you can sign up to have a reminder sent to you so you don’t forget and miss it. (BTW, don’t be confused by the title, we’re going to talk about a lot more than just setting up sites in WordPress.)
You can listen live on BlogTalkRadio.com or just come back here to Christian Web Trends. I’ll embed the audio player in a post about 30 minutes before the show starts so you can listen here.
You’ll also have the opportunity to call or type in any questions you have about church websites during the show. If you’ve got a question now, you can go ahead and post it here. I’ll forward them on to Chris and post replies to any questions we don’t have time for.
