Well this is it, the last “business day” before Internet Evangelism Day and the last Internet Evangelism Round-up. I hope these weekly round-ups have given you some idea of what others are doing for Internet Evangelism Day and have inspired you to do some things within your church or ministry.
As you might expect, as IED (April 26) draws near the number of articles discussing Internet evangelism has jumped…
World Gospel Mission – They are offering a “crash course” aimed at helping Christians share their faith in virtual worlds like Second Life.
Ted Carnahan – He has been conducting a survey of Evangelical Lutheran Church of America (ELCA) websites in order to “correlate the quality of congregational sites with demographic trends over the last few years.” Sounds interesting, through unfortunately it won’t be out for IED.
As usual the IED blog as a number of interesting new articles this week.
Mostly though the increase in articles about IED have been people just mentioning it without adding any new insight or ideas. That’s important too, though, so here’s a list of those articles:
- About.com
- Prayer College
- Trinity on the Internet
- Illness Help
- Surprised by Wonder
- When Religion Meets New Media
- Blogging Ministry
- Devan Sylvester
- Khoo Shades of Purple
- Kingdom Provision
- Andrew: Inside & Insights
- Church Marketing Online
If I missed anything please feel free to post a link in the comments. Any thoughts on these articles?
Have a great weekend and a wonderful Internet Evangelism Day!
