I think it’s undeniable that for a Missionary blogging lets you share and communicate your experiences– and likely serves as a call to action for others. There is another Christian site called Livekite.com that gives Church groups, Mission groups & Ministries the ability to create an easy social network where they can not only create customized blogs, but also communicate with each other. Livekite is yet another incredible tool for Christians to use to stay connected.

John, I just wanted to say publicly, thanks for guest blogging. And I would agree that for many missionaries, a blog is probably the fastest and easiest way to keep friends, family members, and supporters informed.

For any missionaries that may be interested in starting a blog, but not quite sure how to do it, the best way to start is by reading other missionaries blogs like John’s and like those included on our Missions Mashup:
